1. The vast bulk of "suppressed speech" on Twitter is spam. And, yes, everyone thinks that, if HB 20 takes effect, spammers will demand that their content not be suppressed.
2. Twitter kicked Donald Trump off largely because of concerns about "glorification of violence". This is a tricky standard; lots of people engage in this to at least some extent. Twitter's explanation is at blog.twitter.com/en_us/topics/company/2020/suspension.
Register their license plate with the tollway (ipass) and with a common parking app. You then get a notification (with location) every time they go through a tollbooth or park at a covered parking lot. This works even if they are already registered! You do have to pay their toll or parking fee.
